A mobile application designed to help users manage stress and anxiety through guided practices.
The project focused on intuitive navigation, accessibility, and a warm, inviting visual identity.
Goal & Challenge
Create a simple and emotionally intelligent app interface that users could navigate with ease, even during moments of distress or overload. The design had to be inclusive, responsive, and elegant without visual noise.
